January 2020

Hello friends and family,

Happy 2020! We want to share some memories of the past year with you. Please enjoy the picture stroll through the year. And as always, feel free to click on the links to see the "oldie-but-goodie" pictures from the past.

Allen & Kathy

Allen & Kathy adopted a new puppy named Pancake! She is alternately snuggly and energetically playful. We really enjoyed when our two grand-puppers met for the first time this Christmas.

In addition to their new pup parenting duties, they continue transforming and updating their Plano home, just like Mary & George Bailey in "It's a Wonderful Life." It's looking good!

They also enjoyed a trip to Maine this year.

Megan

Meggy is now a proud homeowner as well! She purchased a townhome in the old Mueller Airport district of Austin and loves the location. She also turned 30 this year, and proved that millennials can afford both a home AND avocado toast.

Andy

Andy continued his quest to visit all 30 baseball parks by knocking out St. Louis and Kansas City. He'd be up to 18 parks, but Dallas had to go and build a new one this year, so he's back down to 17.

He also enjoyed a long vacation this summer to Spain and Italy, visiting Madrid, València, Barcelona, Florence, Chianti, and Rome. His favorite parts of the trip were the Sagrada Familia basilica and a day excursion to the ruins of Pompeii.

Tuve, his energetic doggo, keeps us laughing with his antics.

Patty & Mike

Patty & Mike also made a trip to Europe this year that included a beautiful snow-filled day in the Swiss Alps, followed by a fun week with friends on a Viking River Cruise through Germany and Austria. We also went to Cancún with extended family and friends to celebrate sister Peggy's 65th birthday.

We have been living in a construction zone with our house addition for the entire year, but it's getting close (we hope).

We lost an old friend this year, but we are thankful for connecting with all our old high school buddies. And we would truly love for any of our friends or family to come and visit and enjoy some Texas hill country hospitality.

Love,
Allen, Kathy, Megan, Andy, Mike, and Patty
